Administration

Administration pages let you run a Vetrix instance: manage who can sign in and what they can do, keep the platform healthy, configure projects, and send email to your users. These pages are visible only to administrators, and individual entries appear only when your account holds the matching permission.

Where to find it: open your avatar menu in the top navigation bar and select Admin panel, or go to gitvetrix.com/admin directly. The admin sidebar groups every page under the headings below.

Overview

The landing dashboard for the instance and its current state.

  • Overview dashboard — the instance summary cards and live system-health panels on the admin landing page.

Access & Security

Accounts, groups, roles, sign-in methods, rate limits, and security policy.

  • OAuth — connect external identity providers for "Sign in with …" and manage the OAuth2 applications registered against the instance.
  • Rate limits — set request budgets per user group and category, and review recent throttling.
  • Roles — grant administrator permissions to individual accounts and manage instance-wide role templates.
  • Security — read the instance-wide vulnerability summary and edit the instance-default merge and deploy policy.
  • User groups — organize accounts into instance tiers that set each member's default role, and move people between them.
  • Users — search, create, edit, suspend, impersonate, and delete accounts, and approve people waiting to join.

Operations

Runners, maintenance, backups, the registry, the audit log, analytics, and search health. See the operations guide for the full list of operations pages.

Repositories

Move repositories between owners and review past transfers.

  • Repository transfers — move a repository to a new owner after a preflight review, and track past and in-flight transfers.

Project Configuration

Issue types, workflows, and link types available to projects on the instance.

  • Project configuration — define the instance-wide issue types, workflows and their states and transitions, and issue link types.

Communications (Email)

Email templates, delivery history, the send queue, service health, and import and export.

  • Communications (Email) — edit and preview email templates, watch the delivery log, monitor the send queue and per-template health, and import and export template bundles.

Settings

Instance-wide settings, grouped by category on a single page.

  • Instance settings — the instance-wide settings, grouped into categories, that a site administrator controls.
